1.0 First Clean
For your first scheduled window clean, a one-time fee is applicable to accommodate the additional time required for the initial clean. This fee varies based on the size of the residence and the frequency of subsequent cleanings, and will be detailed during the sign-up process. This additional fee can be waived at our discretion.

1.1 Customer Expectations
While our pure water cleaning system effectively removes general dirt from windows, it may not adequately address builders’ residue (such as plaster, concrete, and paint), stickers or adhesive remnants, as well as staining, discoloration, rust, or UV bleaching on windows or frames. Kindly inform us during the scheduling of your first clean if such issues are present as we will need to arrange for a quotation for a suitable cleaning service.

1.2 Frequency of Visits
We offer the option of window cleaning visits every 4 or 8 weeks. Due to weather conditions and other factors, we request a degree of flexibility with scheduling, typically within a week before or after the designated time.

1.3 Inclement Weather
While we endeavour to avoid cleaning windows during rainy conditions, we do operate during light rain or brief showers. Rest assured, the quality of our service remains consistent. In the event of heavy rain, we will reschedule your cleaning for the next available working day, where possible.

1.4 Refusal of Service
We strive to maintain reliability and appreciate reciprocal reliability from our customers. Should there be a need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us in advance. Failure to provide full access to the property on the scheduled day may result in the full expected charge or cancellation of ongoing services.

1.5 Termination of Services
If you wish to terminate our services, you may do so at any time by contacting us via telephone at 07772027159 or by email at info@ektalexteriorcleaning.co.uk. Please note that we do not offer one-time window cleans.

1.6 Complaints Procedure
We aim to deliver the highest standard of service with each window cleaning. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours of the cleaning session. We will promptly return as soon as possible to rectify the issue at no additional cost. Complaints received after 48 hours may not be eligible for re-cleaning. Please be aware that we operate on a no-refund policy.

1.7 Confidentiality
All customer information is strictly confidential. We do not share or discuss customer details with any third party.

1.8 Payments
Customers are required to settle payments for services rendered either through BACS (bank transfer) or in cash within a period of 7 days from the completion of the service.
